Whatever your photographic, art or design requirements, contact us to find out how we can help bring a little more color and creativity into your life through digital art.

Please look at the examples of work on the main pages, and at the prices listed, to get an idea of the options which will best suit you and your budget. Then email us at photos@photogenicart.com with an outline of the art you wish us to create for you. If you'd like to attach pictures to the email, it will be easier for us to get back to you with an accurate quote for the specifics of the work you want done. If you'd rather chat generally first, please email us at photos@photogenicart.com with any inquiries.

We work out the shipping costs on a case-by-case basis. We'll run through the options with you before you commission your art with us and you can select whatever method you prefer: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL . . . At that point we'll be able to give you a final quote.

If time is an issue, and you need to have your art by a specific date, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Once you've commissioned your art, we'll keep you updated on progress, with proofs for you to approve along the way as necessary, usually within three days. Once the final artwork is ready for you, we'll send an invoice for payment as agreed. (See below for payment instructions.)

As soon as we receive final payment, we'll email you a full-sized digital copy of the artwork and ship you your final print(s) by whatever method you've chosen.

I GRANT TO PHOTOGENIC ART AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO MODIFY AND REPRODUCE THESE IMAGES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF FULFILLING THIS COMMISSION. I REPRESENT THAT I HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT AND AUTHORITY TO GRANT SUCH A LICENSE.

I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS PHOTOGENIC ART AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, DAMAGES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ACTUAL ATTORNEY'S FEES) THAT MAY BE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF MODIFYING OR REPRODUCING THESE IMAGES, INCLUDING CLAIMS BROUGHT BY ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE IMAGES OR THEIR SUBJECT MATTER.

I UNDERSTAND THE COPYRIGHT LAWS PERTAINING TO THE OWNERSHIP AND REPRODUCTION OF IMAGES. I AM ALSO AWARE THAT LARGE MONETARY PENALTIES MAY BE ASSESSED FOR ILLEGALLY COPYING IMAGES WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT OWNER.
